Great News!

Great news, we are starting to train again from the 5th of July.
However, due to the ongoing pandemic, there are a few changes to our normal procedures.
We will be training on a Monday night in the Jubilee Hall at Sophia Gardens.
Unfortunately, we are only allowed 11 people per class – PLEASE DO NOT JUST TURN UP AS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TRAIN.
If you would like to check availability, please contact us or email Cardiffcentralkungfu@gmail.com.
Virtual classes with Sifu will still take place on Thursday nights.

Class Opening Update – COVID19

Due to the ongoing Covid19 situation and local lockdowns, we need to postpone the opening of our kids and adults classes until November.

As much as we would all like to start training again, safety is our main priority.

We will let you know when we have confirmed dates, so keep an eye on Instagram, Facebook and the website for updates.

 Virtual training

In order to stay fit and healthy, and maintain a strong mind, we would like to encourage you to continue with your training during the lockdown.  To support you in doing so, Sifu and our senior black belts are available to help you review your forms and syllabus work through virtual training sessions.  If you are interested, please contact us through the website, Instagram or Facebook.
